This is the best place ever I've been to so many dealers in one day and didn't ake it no where due to my credit but soon as I got here these people greeted me with much respect and made sure I didn't leave with out a nice dependable vehicle I've now had my car for two days and it rides real smooth everything works great on gas I'm in love 😍😘

I gave US Auto at least one star because they offer you water while you are waiting.  I went here to purchase a car because my credit was not the greatest at the time and I needed a vehicle immediately. These people are con artist. She I went in I told the salesman that I wanted to pay no more than 300-350 a month for payments. And was told "I got you". Whenever you ask the price of a car you are told they have to research it. I also was told that I could trade it in or refinance in a year. I called exactly on my one year anniversary that they do not refinance and I have to have the car three years to trade. The salesman changed a lot of things on the application in order for me to be approved. I should have never been in a car with a $520.00 payment with the amount of money I made. There needs to be a lawsuit just like Rick Hendricks had for putting people in cars they really can't afford. Also, the supreme court says there should not be closing cost on the purchase of a used car. cars. And that is definitely listed on my contract. I am definitely going to pursue these things further.

Only 1 star cause they will get you in a car with bad credit..( belive there a catch 2 it).. needless to say my paper tag is expired and i still dont have a tag. They told me last wk to give it 5 more days...still nothing .. called them for them to say they will call me back. And if i can come back down there to get a new paper tag.givin me more time..guess they dont think i work. Customer service there is terrible. Please take care of credit because if not you will have to deal with people like this... still no tags...but they want there payment on time. Too bad i cant get the same service they want!!!! Car with no plates and no answers as to why

dealership thats not open on a sunday. Can't get a replacement paper tag that they didnt put on correctly. So how am i to move around on a sunday
