Loved. My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting Mazama and Withrop. Such a great bang for our buck. We loved the detached cabins next to the creek and Jack's cabin was perfect to grab some beer and pizza after a long day or snowshoeing and exploring. If you can plan ahead, it was helpful to bring food with us and make dinner at the cabin. The little kitchenette was perfectly stocked with all of our kitchenware needs. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we did!

They didn't have power twice in 24 hours. Gave $40 credit. Unfortunately it happened on my birthday, the main reason we stayed here. I felt they should have given the whole night for free, we stayed 7 days. We had our 10 months old, 2 year old and 4 year old freezing in the middle of the night because there was no power. They didn't care about the struggle. I would not stay here because they're obviously not for customer satisfaction. I would tell all our hunting buddies not to stay here either. The owners were on vacation. (October 2017). The second time the power went out was when my husband was trying too cook me breakfast. If you're looking for 100% customer satisfaction, this is not the place. As long as nothing goes wrong you get what you paid for but if anything goes wrong, they do not care about anything but the owners dogs being warm.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay in their small but delightful Studio cabin. Very fine Trail write out the cabin back door. Delightful service Personnel in main Lodge. Beautiful Timber Construction in main Lodge. Nice Peaceful Trail around the small Lake outside the dining area picture windows.

We stayed at this inn for 3 nights intending to visit North Cascade National Park in November 2017. Unfortunately there was a snow storm during our stay and route 20 was closed and thus we could not enter the park. But just staying at this place visiting Mazama with its beautiful buttes was totally worth it. The rooms have great views and ours also had a cosy fireplace. The staff was also very friendly and even called us to let us know in advance that route 20 was closing due to heavy snow and offered us alternative routes. The pizza place next to the main cabin also has the best pizza with feta cheese. I absolutely recommend staying at this place.
