Because of the customer service in both the sales and service department; I have never felt pressured to buy anything, but have been shown genuine interest in my needs and wants; I will never go anywhere else! They have always given me fair prices for my trade ins and every vehicle I have bought has been very well priced, and always below blue book. Add that with their willingness and ability in the service department to fix and maintain my vehicles First Choice has worked for me every time. I’ve purchased around 14 vehicles there and I know that I will continue to be a customer. 
     Wonderful sales people, no pressure buying, great selections, and an excellent service department make First Choice my first Choice when it comes to purchasing a vehicle....my husband loves them too.

We found a vehicle we were interested in online that was being sold by First Choice Ford in Rock Springs.  We live out of state and the experience we had with this company was fantastic.  Laura was especially helpful and took the time to answer questions, send additional photos and really went the extra mile to help us.  They were upfront and honest, fair with pricing and we had no surprises when we travelled to WY to buy and pick up the vehicle.  We would recommend their dealership without hesitation and would buy from them again.  It's nice to find such great customer service and people who treat you as well as we were treated. Boy going to college dealt with first choice couldn’t be more pleased had truck we would like talked on phone from their word we drove down from Jackson true to their word we made a deal. Good sound truck to pull rodeo horses with no worries and get to school. A lot to be said about dealing with someone and would you deal with them again. First choice ford is one we will definitely go back to again.

I always receive amazing service. The employees are very friendly and attentive! They all make you feel welcomed right when you walk through the door. Never have had a issue with anyone here.

I just have to say that the owner of this business really and truly cares about this business , Michelle is also amazing.  I had an experience that started great, had a bump in the road and then between these two  individuals they made the end of the experience much better and as a business owner my self I can see that they are passionate about what they do.   Michelle, thank you for the phone call today and thanks for caring about the consumer.   This is a stand up dealership!!
