Where are the tomatoes and the lettuce on this chicken sandwich? Where is my frozen cokes? Why send this red frozen thing? Where is my onion rings? Why send frys? They move very slow, and even after a 30min wait in line, 10min at the window, I was declined a courtesy drink for the wait. All because my prego wanted a whopper. Things we do for love. If I was the manager I wouldn’t have a problem with offering the drink or something for the long wait. Customer service is weak. They need improvements. Hire better workers and better managers

Just left the drive thru. Here lately majority of the fast food restaurant we have been ordering from have missed giving us our food, so we checked our order these older ghetto black lady came too the window and started to point her finger telling us too move out car up. Then she said "hurry up we are on a time limit!" Will never go back to the location. These manager need to think about who they hire. Majority of the workers are hateful and unfriendly individuals. Don't like your job go fund another one!!

Do not attempt to order anything outside of the menu with expectations of accuracy. Do not order regular menu items with expectations of it being within 3 hours of fresh. Do not expect the staff to be friendly or engage in the experience. This has been my home burger king for years.

I normally go to this location for breakfast but never again. My last 3x have been horrible. They couldn't take orders until 8am once. They had no condiments another time. The food was burnt, wrong, or missing in all 3 visits. If you want breakfast before 8am you better stop somewhere else.Food: 2/5

Went through the Drive thru and ordered a Whooper meal. Burger King gave us a cold sandwich.  Drove back through the Drive thru window, the cashier was nice, she gave us a fresh hot sandwich.  Thank you. Please stop giving out cold sandwiches,  who you want to eat a cold sandwich.Food: 2/5

The service was great and food good. The fries was you know under heat lamp awhile but it's fast food. You get what you expect at times I guessFood: 3/5

We were served cold sandwiches and the fries were hot. They had sandwiches permade. You can't not permake sandwiches that should be served hot!!! This has happened to us at several Burger King locations. But at least the second set of burgers were hot.

To much sauce wasn't hot when we ordered a lady that didn't know how to use the register took our order then we paid got my drink from an older black gentleman then it took forever for another young black gentleman to come over and try any get us to pay for someone else he shuts the window just dancing around like it's a club it took them so long to do all of that for 1 drink and no spicy chicken no tomato an nuggets an 2 other burgers that all weren't hot I wouldn't go there again to a different Burger King yes that one NO.

Waited at the order box for 10 minutes. Got yelled at when i asked if they were even there. 2 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get a small order. I understand a wait but the workers are rude as hell.
