This place is terrible. Wait in line for a soild 40 Minutes just to be told they are door dash only. Also heard the guy in front of me order as well. Not to mention the last time I ate there. My fries where cold like not even cooked. And just overall very poor quality. Very disappointed in the childish and lazy staff.

Raw chicken sandwich! Made me sick to my stomach. Stay far away!! Still haven’t been contacted about this disgraceful sandwich! It’s now 2020 and never heard anything about this raw sandwich! Close this location b4 someone really gets sick!

The one on Hopple is beyond terrible from service to no products the lack of attention to order details are sad to say the least. Cookies are days old and refrigerated. Salad lettuce was wilted lemonade was water and mostly ice.Food: 1/5

I just went to the drive thru at 11pm I didn't get my food until 11:45pm because they were doing one car at a time!!! I ordered the Bourbon Bacon Burger a 4 piece and a Dave double it was. When I got home I notice my burger is a bit small when I open it I find out that it's just a single with bacon and 2 pieces of cheese!!!!

Stopped here to get some food & wound up finding this Louis Vuitton shirt that normally sells for around $1,200... & i all ready have someone buying it so Guess i'll be eating for free for awhile!!! Has to be the best Wendy's I've ever been beforeFood: 5/5

Drive-thru service was extremely slow 30 minutes for 4 vehicles. Staff did apologise, that only 2 were working. Several cars left while I was waiting. Did not have baked potatoes. Food we got was good.Recommended dishesWendy’S French Fries, Hamburger

The food was cold. My burger was grey and bland. It just tasted like it was expired. The fries had no salt. I normally love Wendy's but this location is awful. The stomach issues after my lunch were crazy. They need new management for this location to up their standards.

Wendy’s on Galbreath and Winton Road.First they was backed up.I was ordering Pretzel bacon hamburger. I was behind another car as they was trying to get their order, well they got my order instead she open the beg there a blue sticker on the beg when she hand the beg back it was open so when I came up they want to give me the same bag and I told them I don’t want my food that was in another car. So the girl at the window had a attitude another lady came up. I guess she was the manager she said she will make another one. I could see the girl when fixing the fries she pick one frie at a time with her hand and put it in the cup. I took my bag the cars were already around the corner but I’m here to tell you watch out for Wendy’s on Winton and Galbreath Road the service there is poor and unhealthy. I don’t know what that girl had because she didn’t have any gloves on she did it with her bare hands, she was a light skin girl with two long braids  in front and another was watching her had a pink hair cap on. Two nasty young girls that don’t need to work in a food establishment.Now would you want your food in another car she opened the beg. I don’t know if she touched it or not gives it back and then they want to serve it to you? In the trash the fries went!!!

Poor service and cold food, The Wendy's on Galbraith off colerain is unprofessional and none charismatic... I asked at the speaker to get fresh out the grease for my whole order, waited in the slow drive thru line and when I got to the window everything in my bag was cold, they heard me ask for fresh out the grease and handed me cold food, I waited in the line for 5 min I should of got fresh everything with napkins. This is not the first, second or third time I came to get food for Wendy's and asked to get fresh out the grease, everytime I come the food is always cold no matter if I ask for fresh or not... I don't like to make a seen so I decided to write a review I even confronted the manager a few times that I would call corporate but I don't think their franchise has one they don't care about they customers and will just give you whatever at times to get cars to leave faster, I hate this location because they never hold customer expectations high. JUST DROP IT FRESH WHEN I ASK OR DOMT ASK DROP ALL FOOD FRESH FOR EACH CUSTOMER. Don't serve nothing you wouldn't eat gosh.
