Know what you want/need before you go in. 
Reason being, there's some very good products and deals while others are Tijuana quality.  It's s good replacement for Radio Shack, staff is almost always very knowledgeable but, it comes back to quality. 
NOTE: if you see the product on the shelf and see it or others with a 2X3 white sticker with blue print then beware.  These are previously sold but returned and shelved. If there's many then it's probably an indicator to move to a better model or manufacturer.

The store has almost anything you need. It is a perfect place to find what you need. However, do not buy their warranties. I bought a desktop and their warranty along with it. Within the first month, the desktop just stopped working for no reason, so I took it back to have them repair it. They took 5 months to solve the issue, but what pissed me off is how the product they returned to me was inferior. I figure they replaced the visual card with something cheaper because my desk stop went from having sharp, clear images to something inferior. Oh yeah, when I bought the desktop, it said it was wifi compatible. That was a lie. I need to have it connected directly to the line.

Fry's is my toy store. So I am pretty partial I will admit. But when it comes to electronics and being able to find whatever you might need, it is the place to go. However on this trip I was looking for two things. A new laptop for my wife and a cabinet to place our printer I'm. As always there was a great selection to show my wife and she was easily able to see her options very well. The printer cabinets were non existent. I am use to seeing at least a couple of option when i have been to other stores im the past.

I'm not sure why I give Fry's a 5-star review but let's face it if you're a geek at heart this place is for you! With an easily accessible location friendly staff and the great selection on all your electronics and even kitchen needs I would highly recommend taking a moment to browse through Fry's Electronics. I only wish we had one closer to us!

Awesome store full of inventory. They do need more helpful staff. It takes a long time to get assistance. Also, beware of your warranties. Large parking lot and many disabled spots near by. Easy freeway access.
