Everything nice you buy from here will break within 2 years,  they will even give you replacements that are faulty.  I have bought 3 sets of turtle beach headphones and 2 smart TVs and had to return or repair them all.  The last TV they could not fix so they gave me a replacement.  The replacement had a green dot permanently on the screen.  So now I have to exchange this brand new smart led tv.  The whole time customer service was rude and treated me as if I was trying to get more then I should have.  When all I wanted was what I paid for.  Never shopping at Best Buy again, if you do always get the longest warranty.

Store is pretty clean. Check put process fast, but this store is difficult to get help when you need it. Usually in electronics it can be a 15 minute wait as there are one or two people in that section and no additional help.

Went to look at buying a tablet to add onto my cellular plan. Well, this was a middle of the week day, afternoon, forget about buying a cell phone here. They can only help two people at a time and boy was there a crowd. Once you found help though staff is helpful and friendly. Staffing is not enough for the traffic flow of this store.

I used the check out online pick up in store method to purchase some computers as well. I received a email reply pretty quick saying my stuff is ready. Well it was! They even offered to help to take it outside for me. So once again, staff here is great, just not enough staff on the floor to help. Cell phone station could maybe use an expansion (maybe it was just one of those days.

Parking can be hectic, tightly packed shopping center, lot of people crossing the street and they have a large quantity of motorcycle parking in front of the store making it that much more fun to park near the store. Good spot for fender benders and door dings.

Great products, prices could be better. Staff is generally knowledgeable on the subjects at hand. If you need PC parts, do not expect to find them here, go to Microcenter or Fry's.
