Typical Best Buy with LOTS of sales staff all over. The shelves are neat and well marked. Their prices are comparable to everyone else. Huge parking lot and easy to see from the street. They carry a good but small selection of computer components such as the power supply I needed.
Be careful when you buy multiple items, such as cables. They give you a good discount but take ALL of it away if you return one of the items.

I wish i could give 0 stars. This place is utterly ridiculous! Lack of customer care or service in this location. If you're in need of any help at all, go directly to another location and ask for help in person. You will NEVER get anyone on the phone, I called this palm desert store back to back (approximately every 20 min or so) for almost 4 hours and NEVER got even a "please hold." I tried EVERY extension and department. Too bad I already ordered my washer/dryer online or I would have never given my business to this store. Never again will I.

I love Best Buy. They have great products and service. However, I opted to have something delivered and the carrier actually left it on a public walkway between 2 condo complexes near what's considered my back door. Lucky I checked the tracking and it said it had been delivered - I drove home from work to find it proudly sitting there advertising by the box it was HDTV, before someone else snagged it. Best Buy, you are wonderful but your carrier are idiots.

I buy a blender on line so I did it around 6:00 pm they say after I pay my item will be ready around 45 minutes,so my wife went to store to get the item 3 hrs. Later and she was told that order was not process so big waste time and money my wife drove all the way to palm springs for noting what a business from best buy not good at all really bad experience so my wife has to drive all the way again a day after to get a blender thank you best buy last time I buy stuff with you guys very disappointed
