Very good customer service both in sales and service department. Sales department deals you with best rates and service department always made sure my vehicle came out perfect after service. I did not purchase my first car from this facility but since i moved to upstate i have been there customer and got my next car from this facility. My sale person was Patrick and manager was Ali, both were awesome in their fields. Strongly recommend!

I have been leasing cars for over a decade but this was my first time leasing through Lia.  They are amazing, efficient, and really look out for their customers to bring them the very best price. Loved the experience.  This past weekend, I drove in without an appointment to see if I could get my oil changed.  Not only did they fit me in, there were recalls I didn't know about that they took care of as well.  And I didn't have to wait there for 2-3 hours while the work was being done, they dropped me off to go shopping, called me when the car was ready and picked me up! Lia is the quintessential of dealerships...I'd give them a 10 star rating if it was available!

From check-in to check-out my experience was great! Chelsea Moon and the service team did a wonderful job of explaining what would be done, recommendations being made and costs associated with each item. They had my car in and out in a reasonable amounted of time. (I had a scheduled appointment). We have been extremely happy with our Lia Nissan service experiences.

My previous lease was about to run out so  I went to Lia Nissan to see their stock of new trucks and weigh my options.  David Seacord my salesman approached with a very reasonable first time offer and after minimal haggling,  I settled on a very good price.  It was a very smooth experience dealing with Dave and his manager, then what I am accustomed to when dealing with auto sales personnel.  I left extremely satisfied and the next day I was driving a brand new frontier. I will be going back to Lia Nissan when this lease is up!

Had a coupon for a free alignment check and 10$ off an alignment if needed. No place to park (lot was full).. then found out I should have just driven into the service bay. (automatic door... nice setup//now that I know the drill, parking is not an issue) 
The service writer was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and a great help. 
They were able to check the toe in, but the machine wasn't working quite right, so that was all they could tell me. The guy that checked it didn't feel it needed an alignment. (nice they were honest)
As toe is really the only thing adjustable on my truck... I left happy that I didn't need to spend 90$... 
They treated me very well and it was real easy to make and keep my appointment. There was no wait at all(they let me in half an hour early). I will definitely go back there when I am in that area and need service.
These guys were great and would have gotten 5 stars if the machine was working properly.
