I was in an accident and once they were done you could not tell that my car had been damaged.   Great staff and honest estimate of how long it would take.   I received updates as to when my car would be ready.  Plus they guarantee their work.

My Toyota Tacoma recently suffered significant damage in a rear end collision.  I honestly thought it would be totaled. But in looking at the damage, Michael Ambrosino was confident that my vehicle could be repaired safely- -and if he didn't think that was the case he and anyone at Fullers would tell me so.   He had a very calm and soft  spoken manner about him which I found very reassuring in light of being emotionally  shaken up about my accident. Willie Camacho kept me posted as the repair process progressed. There was one minor hiccup and delay in getting a replacement tire delivered to finalize the repair- -but that was the fault of another vendor and I expressed that to Josh when I met with him. You would never have known my vehicle was in an accident- I cannot recommend Fullers enough! !

While the staff was friendly the system was disorganized. I made an appointment for 2 PM and they didn’t have me in the system. Furthermore I was promised that my car would be ready the next day. When I spend money to get a ride there they told me they hadn’t even looked at my car at all. All it takes is a phone call at the end of the previous work day to let me know. I’m never going to get my car fixed here ever again.

The service has been excellent every time that I get work done. The staff that we have dealt with are all friendly. Chelsea from the tire department was especially helpful in selecting the proper tires without buying the most expensive one they had. They really look out for the well being of each customer. My wife has had similar experiences.
