I was completely impressed by the experience I had with Globe Transmissions and the integrity of the owner Bob and his mechanics,I was traveling from NC to Maine pulling a 35' camper, I had some issues with my trans on Sunday so I called Globe at 7:00 am on Monday and spoke with Bob,he was unable to get me in but he  was willing to road test it and diagnosed the problem,he ordered all the parts and a few extra parts just in case, Tuesday morning @ 7:00am I brought the truck in, to ease my mind the owner and one of the mechanics dropped my oil pan to show me the condition of the oil and the metal from the damaged trans,Bob suggested that he tear the trans apart to inspect the internals,after the inspect Bob called to verify that the trans was in good shape and had to replace the bad  torque converter. I'm sure many people experienced the same fears i did,being from out of town and not knowing if the mechanics are going to take advantage of you and your  the lack of knowledge. Not at Globe Transmissions, their knowledge, experience and professionalism was first rate. I left there knowing my transmission was properly diagnosed, repair and that I paid a fare price. Thanks again for easing my mind and being a reliable,honest and professional service.

The mechanics are very honest I brought my car in there think of it was a transmission they check the car out it told me it was a bad catalytic converter I fixed the car for $300 they're very honest
