My daughter goes to college in Worcester and I live in CT.  She had an issue with her car last night. I called Joes Auto the next morning, after reading a few reviews as I was unsure of who to turn to, and he was able to get her in and fix her car the next day!  What a relief to find a reliable and trustworthy repair shop!!   Thank you to Joe’s Auto!

Needed a new CV axle on my 03 Honda Accord. I already had the part, as I tried installing it myself, but couldn't get the axle nut off. I dropped the car off at around 1:00 or so, and he had the car ready before 4:00! With the amount of cars he had in his garage, I was not expecting such a quick turnaround time.

Joe seems to know his stuff pretty well. There are a lot of really nice cars coming and going, I've never seen so many BMWs and Mercedes in one shop!

He'll take pretty much any make of car domestic and foreign. Don't be deterred by the location or appearance of his shop, he does good work, and really cares about his customers and cars. My first experience at his shop was exemplary considering how much I paid for the work.

I brought my car to another shop who told me I needed a new motor put in my 2009 Mini Cooper S for $12,000 I wanted a second opinion so I brought it to Joe. He was very knowledgeable, called me daily with updates and got my Mini up and running for 1/4 the price of the other place! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your car to him, don’t waste your time and money at the other shops when you can get quality work from an honest guy like Joe!

Let me start off by thanking Joe and his guys in my opinion for the best automotive service I’ve received in my life. Not only did joe repair my Bmw that had SMG problems he went over the F*%@ up that The last mechanics did on my car. (Sudbury BMW) and (Bellingham Motor works ) Had my car for months with out a clue what to do with a BMW equipped with SMG. I truly regret not bringing my car sooner to Joe’s. The service and price are truly unbeatable #1 in BMW service in the state of mass by far. Joe thanks again!!!

Great place to have your European car serviced , not as fence as the dealership but the prices and quality of service is unmatched. Don't let the building scare you😁, just go inside and talk to Joe. 👍
