I transferred to this office for convenience... I have a 18 month old boy so I am fairly new to this pediatrician stuff... Apparently I had no idea how good I had it before.... This office is impersonal... They barely greet you when you come in... On my first visit with my sick child they threw a mountain of paperwork at me... I struggled to sign while taking care of my child... I arrived 20 mins early because that's what I am accustomed to. I was seen 15 minutes late.. so that was 35 minutes I waited in the waiting room struggling with paperwork and my child... There were no toys or book for him just a bare waiting room ( my adult doctor's office is more entertaining!) They have no real sick or well room just sides of a big waiting room... Which children were freely roaming back and forth... I asked if they have a special infant room (my wife is having another baby) they don't have one... My son ended up having the flu. He was treated. I ended up calling trying to get advice on an over the counter medicine. I called at 5:30 pm... After hours of course... Got an answering service and the woman told me that I could leave a message for the advice nurse. I said thanks and left a message. A few mins later I got a call from a nurse asked my basic question... That I later realized I should have just googled... And that was that... About two weeks later I got a bill for 15 dollars... Turns out that basic question wasn't free... Apparently I signed a notice of that when I was struggling through that mountain of paperwork... Fair enough... I'll pay your fee... But you've lost my business... I'll go to a doctor's office that greets me...  Has appropriate facilities for my children... Treats appointments as deadlines not suggestions... And allows me to call THE DOCTORS for free not some nurse at wake med who has never met me or my kids for a charge...
Also not once during my phone call did either the answering staff or the nurse mention a charge... Might want to make that part of the protocol to gently remind your customers of this... I brought that up with your business office and they told me too bad. Like I said ... I signed it you'll get your 15 bucks... Hope it's worth losing my business.

I was very disappointed this morning when I took my granddaughter to the walk in clinic on Monday morning (today). 
I got checked in and paid my co pay and received a number to be seen. A few minutes later I was told they had met their quota for the morning and that I would need to leave this appointment . 
I felt like this was very unfair because it was clear that my granddaughter had an issue that needed to be looked at by a Doctor . 
Otherwise I wouldn't have taken her to a doctor if it  wasn't urgent .
This is not how doctors offices treated patients when my kids were small . So not happy !

Great place. The front staff is always very kind and helpful, even when they are crazy busy and the phone is ringing off the hook. Every doctor we've seen has been amazing. Dr. Dupuy is the one we see most often and he is the best you can hope for. He's very nice, professional, and caring. Great with the kids and parent. Would recommend Fuquay Pediatrics to anyone.

I have been going to this office for years and LOVE DR. Dupuey. HOWEVER I have 4 children and I think it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that they will not let you schedule all of your kids on the same day. They even stated that if we have more than 2 then both parents would have to be present. UMM, So I can handle all of my kids on my own at home but not in your office???? So, they seriously expect me to take off multiple days of work to get my children their annual check up? Does their boss let  them take off that much time?  Needless to say I am looking for an office that can accommodate my entire family at the same time.

the doctors are awesome - the office staff is terrible & nurse that answers the phone questions are RUDE.
