I could not be more pleased with my latest experience with Furniture Fair. I walked in the store and was offered the option of searching on my own or with assistance. I asked for assistance and received so much valuable help that I was able to locate the brand, type and size sofa I wanted. With more discussion I was assisted in selecting the fabric I had envisioned. As I was attempting to coordinate the new sofa with a two year old leather reclining chair purchased at FF the salesman was able to look up my previous purchase and ascertain the code for the leather and pull the color swatch. With the swatch I was confident the new sofa and it’s throw pillows which I was also able to color and pattern coordinate, would work well with my chair. Scott Mann, the salesman and the other sales staff members were extremely knowledgeable and additionally fun. There was not one aspect of the shopping experience that was not enjoyable. I would, without question, highly recommend FF to anyone shopping for new furniture.

We went to furniture fair in Florence after a HORRIBLE experience with Morris. (Twice stuff was damaged so bad they couldn't deliver. Was told that that particular supplier switched to a different, less sturdy wood.) Debbie at Furniture Fair was sympathetic to our situation and assured us that if a manufacturer doesn't perform, they drop them as a supplier. She said they hire their own delivery people and don't outsource delivery. We had to wait a week for delivery only because I wanted Saturday delivery. (I took off work on the second of the delivery days that Morris was supposed to deliver.) The delivery guys had our king storage bed, chest, and two nightstands set up in no time. I mentioned we were looking for recliners and one of the guys mentioned a specific brand to look for at their Florence store. We went in the next day and ordered a love seat. I recommend Furniture Fair if you're looking for any furniture.

My husband and i received excellent service from Mr. Hoffman. He spent over an hour with us and helped us find the perfect sofa for our home. We will definitely return. THANK YOU!

Excellent customer service and prices! The Salesmen I worked with were both professional. Not pushy at all! Definitely recommend!
