This location is not friendly or professional. Very cold atmosphere instead of warm and welcoming. First time at this location so maybe the management sets that tone because I always go to the Florence, KY location and it's a much better experience. Florence, KY makes you feel important regardless of what you purchase or don't. They stayed a little late for me and all I bought were decor items for my clients. They do everything they can for me every time I am in there. At the Alexandria location I felt unwelcomed and not important to them at all. Very disappointed. LOVE the Florence location!!

John was terrific and very patient with us.  He walked us around the whole store trying to find what we were looking for.  John was also very knowledgable and answered all our questions.  Would definitely recommend this store and salesperson.

My salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about each product.  He was willing to work with me and walk through all the possible choices that were available.  I am very happy with my experience and level of service I was given.  Great Job!  You earned a customer for life.

Enjoyed shopping there and the staff was great.  Will be getting all or furntiure from there. 
After getting the run around at Watson's in Florence for over 2 months on waiting for furniture to be shipped even though promised delivered to our house in 2 weeks.   We cancelled our order with them and thought we would give this place a try.   So glad we did!   Not only did we get furtinure that we liked better at a lower cost; it was delivered exactly when they said they would.  I cannot remember who or sales guy was,  but he was great with us and or kids.   Finance department was also great.

I asked for help from Furniture Fair as I was outfitting a house that I would rent out as a furnished house.  Furniture Fair took their time and helped me a great deal. 
The pricing was fair and reasonable, the customer service was outstanding.  Tony at the Outlet Store in Erlanger coordinated deliveries, helped with finding "special deals", and provided an experience that seems to be lost in big business today.  The deliveries and schedules worked around convenience to me. Thanks to all at Furniture Fair that helped!
