I purchased a floor model sofa and love seat. When it was delivered to my house there was a tear in one of the cushions. The tear was not there when I purchased the sofa and after three weeks of a run around, the Manager said that the tear was there when I bought it and they would not repair it so I said you sold me a sofa with a tear in it and did not disclose it?? So I just spent over $1400 on sofas with a tear. DON"T BUY HERE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. RIP OFF. DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES.The manager here is terrible at his job and ruins it for the otherwise nice employees. Bought a recliner for $450 a year and a half ago. the reason i went with them was after a 15 minutes sales pitch i was convinced that it was in fact a "small family owned business that stands by their products and will fix any problem i have for the life of the item". well the product broke 3 times in a year and a half with minimal use. they took care of it the first 2 times but now claim the year warranty has expired. When i told them i was told it was lifetime and that id never have to worry about it, i was simply told its not their problem and its the manufacturer. i didn't buy it from the manufacturer i bought the product from them. they then proceeded to hide behind warranty jargon which ironically they apparently didn't understand either this entire time and only got clarification on the other day... yet the manager seems to think that i, someone who does not work in the furniture industry, should have known more than them.... while i dont think it was malicious i was definitely bamboozled and tricked into buying a product they don't stand behind, and was given verbal promises that were not met. the manager also thinks its weird that i remember being told "we promise to fix any problems for the life of the item" but i don't remember the persons name... as if that is proof that i am lying. he is a rude terrible person who should be kept in the back of the building. do not buy anything from here they will not live up to what they sell you on. the woman who works customer service in the office was very nice, but at the end of the day nice doesnt help the fact that im now stuck with a year and a half old chair thats broken which i now have to get fixed from a 3rd party..... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Great experience! I was so excited (yet frightened) to purchase my very first bedroom set and Rose Brother's not only helped me to find the perfect set for me but stayed within my budget and delivered (for FREE) and even set it up! Overall a great experience - they made me feel confident, educated and comfortable about my purchase. I will definitely be recommending to all family and friends.

I don't understand these negative reviews. This place is amazing. I was treated with the utmost kindness. Everyone was so professional.

God bless Lindsey. She is an attribute to the store. I came in and explained my situation to her and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture and made several recommendations that I had not thought of. No high pressure... she was great! Good job Lindsey. ...
