This evening I walked into Furniture Row prepared to give them a piece of my mind! Three years ago I had purchased a dining room table along with a warranty that claimed a replacement if anything went wrong. Well, it did! The table warped badly due to poor construction. However, the warranty company denied my claim stating it didn't cover craftsmanship. So, I walked in and met Kendra. Her happy and enthusiastic persona would not deter my need to voice my complaint. After I spelled out my frustration, she was still smiling and told me not to worry, that Chris would take care of it. A gentleman I first believed to be a customer walked up and she explained the situation. Without hesitation, he did exactly that! I showed him the pictures I had sent to the warranty company and he told me two things. 1. They no longer used that company and 2. He immediately gave me a credit for the full amount I had previously spent. I now have a far better table, one I can pass on to any of my children, and a great love and appreciation of Furniture Row and it's staff. They are incredible!!!! Any future furniture purchases will be done at their store!!! Thank you, Chris and Kendra for everything and making me a thrilled customer!!!!!
