We have been to four mattress firm stores looking for our perfec bed, and Ryan at the Boise Towne Square Store was by far the most honest and helpful! He was not pushy, gave us honest answers, gave us a great deal and definitely had our best interest at heart. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a mattress. He also made sure we knew the best way to condition our mattress so it would last many years and not break down quicker. We will be going back for sure for our next mattress purchases!

Ryan was so helpful!! He was very knowledgeable & helped me find the perfect bed at a price in our budget. Would absolutely reccomend any of my friends & family to go talk to Ryan at Matress Firm!!!

The salesman Shawn was very helpful, listened to our desires and allowed us plenty of time to lay on any mattress we wanted and as long as we wanted. The prices were very acceptable and the salesman went the extra mile to get us the best deal he could including extra discounts.

The salesman Greg while a perfectly nice guy, lied to make a sale. They offer financing at SleepCountry in case you'd rather make payments vs pay in a lump sum. That's a great thing - as long as they are up front with you on exactly what that financing is. He specifically said this is not a credit card or a line of credit. He said it was an unsecured loan. A loan is a lump sum lent to you at a set rate for a set amount of time. It is showed as paid and automatically closes after the last payment. That is completely different from a credit card. Well a couple weeks later I was surprised to receive a credit card in the mail with a balance double what I paid for the bed. This might be fine for some people, but I did not want or need another credit card. I wanted to pay off my bed, and be done with it. This is going to negatively impact my credit score. If he had told me the financing was a credit card and not a loan, then I would have just used the credit cards I already have to pay for it. Its not like he would have lost the sale! Well now, they have lost a customer. I will never shop there again.

They first delivered us a mattress that was torn. They did replace it with a new mattress. We bought a Sterns and Foster Megan Rose mattress at the Milwaukee store near the mall. My wife started having back problems a few days after there trial period ended, 8 days. We didn't realize it was the mattress causing her back pains, but after sleeping on the floor a couple nights, it turned out to be the mattress. I called Michael the store manager to ask about replacing it with a more expensive better mattress.I was willing to pay for the few days over the trial period. He said he would call the his corporate office and get back to me. He never called back so I called again. He told me he had been to busy to call me back. He said they would rectify the situation by selling us an adjustable pedestal at a highly reduced rate on one of their discontinued floor models. He suggested we just throw away the $2500 mattress and start over. I thought this was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. He came across as someone that really did not care about my satisfaction at all. I would suggest Costco , or anywhere else rather than mattress firm , they put on a good act that they care but with my experience it appears they don't. Our experience was nothing but negative. I have all conversations recorded if anyone wants to hear them. Shame on you mattress firm we were less than ten days over the trial period. You lost my business and I hope this informs the public to be ware of you claims of really caring about customer satisfaction you proved to me how little you really care.
