We needed to replace our son's mattress and shopped a few places. We have been Mattress Firm customers in the past, and know how great they are at standing behind their product. Today was another stellar example of customer service. Both David and Samantha took the time to answer our questions, and took extra care to explain things to our 14 year old son. They made him feel like a big part of the buying process, and went above and beyond to make sure what we bought was a perfect match for him. As a team, they were amazing. While we talked pricing, delivery, etc. with one of them, the other made sure our son did not feel left out. They showed him different mattress interiors and really made him feel invested in the purchase. Before entering the store, we told our son how we feel it is important to buy from someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also is genuine. David and Samantha were genuine, and not just looking to make a sale and get us out of the store. Our son could tell, and was ecstatic about the purchase. Now we can count down the days until his brand-new mattress arrives, and he can sleep well knowing we bought a great product, at a great price, from great people. Thank you Mattress Firm, and than you David and Samantha!

I bought my first new mattress in 12 years here a few months ago. The store staff was friendly and as knowledgeable as you could expect. The price was average for the area but what really made me give it 5 stars was the next day delivery. My old mattress had collapsed and I wasn't partial to sleeping on the ground.

Really great experience at this matress firm, the manager was extremely knowledge and helpful. Would strongly recommend this location to everyone in the Boise area.

Came into this location and ordered a mattress and there was a problem with the computer- new software the sales person hadn't been trained on, no problem, I'll come back and sign papers when you are able to get a hold of someone to help you. Sales person gets it all figured out within the same day, I go sign the papers no problem. Delivery day comes and it turns out the truck with the shipment didnt come in but they left me a voice mail, ok thats still pretty understandable. The second delivery day comes around and this time I was some how bumped off the schedule. They appologize profusely and offer me 2 option 1)free upgrade to whatever other mattress they have in stock or 2)they will bump someone else's delivery back so I can get the mattress I ordered. I go into the store again and tried other beds, spending more of my time trying not put another person out but to no avail. I ended up really wanting the mattress I originally purchased. Sales person calls in to the warehouse to let them know and turns out option 2 wasn't even actually an option because they dont want to mess up another order. I guess ill take my money back...? I dont know... I had to leave I was so frustrated.
