Had an amazing experience “Big Red” Marc Barnhum made my husband and I feel like his own children looking out for us. He is no ordinary sales man. He helps you get what you want and need. No hustle and bustle. Straight shooter and lots of laughs were had. Painless experience. Won’t go anywhere else.

Glad I came here thank you for everything!! I'm so happy with my new Ford Fusion.
I came at 7:30pm with my two young boys 7 & 4 and my 3 month old baby. I jus got off work rushed to get there in time. Wasn't planning on buying the car that night because I thought they wouldn't want to deal with me this late at night especially trying to find a bank to finance me. They quickly gave me some numbers. I objected the first few offers and then finally we came to an understanding. They were more then willing to go above and beyond for me. I really wanted to play hard ball but they were so easy to work with I didn't even have to. They understood I'm a young mom that has a budget. My sales guy I don't know how to spell his name but he had an English accent and was of middle eastern decent. He was really sweet towards the end he walked me to my new car and even held my 4 years old son to our car(he was sleeping) drooled on his suit and everything. The guy that did all my paperwork was very nice and made sure I understood everything I was signing. Thanks future ford. Me and my family with definitely come back. I would definitely recommend the Madison location and its staff

I had a really wonderful experience here. Car shopping really stresses me out. All I needed was a reliable, safe, commuter that is good on gas and mike quickly found exactly what I was looking for. No stress, no pressure, super quick and easy and straightforward. I love my new vehicle I was not expecting to find something so great so easily since I had so much trouble at other dealerships. Would definitely recommend to any of my family and friends and I'm really grateful that I came here

Katie made leasing my ‘18 F-150 a great experience from start to finish! Katie was very knowledgeable on the new technology and equipment on the F-150’s, along with explaining the pro’s and con’s of leasing vs purchasing. All in all, Katie made this a wonderful, hassle free experience, and I will absolutely come back to her for my next purchase. Thank you Katie!

This is the second time my husband and I have come here to buy a vehicle.. Both times we've had a great experience and that's why we will keep coming back!! Kelly Shepherd was AWESOME!! He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want as a matter of fact he fought for us to get what we wanted. He's super funny, outgoing and makes it easier when looking for a new car!! Thank you again Kelly we love our Explorer!!
