I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE. When I got a online quote from "Manny Lake" from Maita Toyota, I then asked other dealers if they can beat Manny's offer. Another Toyota dealer told me they will give $100 reduced price than Manny. I told Manny about that and he said he will give that $100 reduced price than his quote. Finally, I went to Maita Toyota and Manny was busy with another customer, so he referred me to another salesman. After long paperwork, I asked them about $100 reduced price, they told me they cannot do anything about that and Manny was gone by this time so I couldn't validate that time. I talked to Manny next day over the phone, then he told me he will give me the voucher later and ask me to give 10/10 in the survey, which I did. After that I called him 4/5 times and he said he will take care of it and finally he said he can't do anything and made up a story that he didn't make any promise. I was so disgusted and felt cheated, so I called his managers in Maita Toyota and let them know the situation. Finally, after so many try Maita Toyota gave me a $100 voucher, which is good and I appreciate that they took it seriously and I also want to mention that when I bought my car the official there were helpful and welcoming. I would recommend Maita Toyota for your purchase, but be careful about "Manny Lake". Stay away from this kind of people, who doesn't keep the promise and later deny about the promise. I would give Maita Toyota 5/5, but because of this "Manny Lake", I gave 3/5.

I purchased a new Camry Hybrid after a bit of research using Consumer Reports, and then using the Costo Auto program.  I initiated the call to Maita Toyota and spoke with Laura Chapman.  I told Laura the car we were interested in and she had that exact car parked just outside of the showroom entrance when we arrived 30 minutes later!!!  My wife wanted to see the same car with a different color interior, and Laura had that car pulled up in minutes.  Did you hear me:  Those cars were being brought to us!!!  The entire process was quick and hassle-free - not to mention negotiation-free!  Until last week, I didn't realize purchasing a new car could be so pleasant!!

I purchased a new Toyota Sienna 2017. I collected some quote online from other dealers. I bargained for a low price and Maita Toyota bid the lowest quote. I did not know that interest is added on top of the bargain price. I was informed that only tax and some other fees, which is about 10% of the bargain price will be added. I was really shocked to see a huge amount of interest  (since I purchased the vehicle with finance) that was added with the bargain price.

I thought, bargain price includes the interest.

They were trying to sale some additional insurances which cost much. I did not buy any of those. I do not understand why I would need to buy those since I was purchasing one of the best brand vehicle. I am confused if I took a right decision by denying those insurances. I could buy those if the total price of all of those would be about 2% of the vehicle price.

The driver that I Just. Anyone who has ever driven My  encountered while traveling Mt. Rose highway, Incline Village was not a driver that I would want to be on the road representing MY brand.  This guy tailgates me as I am approaching Country Club Dr. Anyone who has ever been on Mt. Rose Hwy, knows that this is a road that you should respect. The intersection of Country Club Dr is an exceptional area to be careful with. He disregarded my safety and his own. Due to this action, I will NEVER EVER give this company a second 🤔if my time(life) depended on it! Which at this time....it did! 
Don't hire Bozo's, much less don't give them driving jobs!!!

Brought my vehicle in for Express Lube Oil change today.  Extremely POOR attention to detail for my vehicle.  Tire rotation sticker on my windshield was lost (causing me extra time to research the specifics of the dates and mileage requirements).  The oil change sticker that was put on for the new oil was just barely hanging on the windshield and all the plastic seat covers and floor mats weren't removed, along with the paper service cards that were still hanging on the mirror.  The service person that handed me my keys  just  not really looking like he should have even been at work.
