Very bad experience, almost all of their cars have been through accident although it the title is clean and Carfax is ok. Anyone wants to buy a vehicle from them bring the car to a certified buddy shop before you finish the deal to make sure the car is ok.

They worked with me but the car I bought had a bad catalytic converter always drive atleast 50 miles on your test drive ..... lesson learned

We bought a car last year and the owner worked with us and was really nice it was a good price and he even gave me advice on how to improve my credit. drove it for almost a year and the car never gave us any problems I loved it. sadly my husband crashed and the car was a total lost I went to another dealership and they sold me a total piece of crap haven't done my first payment and the car already broke down so freaking mad I didn't came back to fist choice.

No stars if I could rate this awful "business". They are possibly the most shady place in Sacramento. Our experience kept getting worse and worse. So my boyfriend and I came to this rundown shop because of a specific car we found on Craigslist. It was online listed in "Excellent" condition with NO mention of any accidents or damage. We drove up and met with a guy that works in the front desk. We drove in and asked to test drive the car and to see the carfax. He went back inside and handed me the current carfax, then asked for it back after we looked at it. I didn't think twice of handing back to him, so I did. The carfax had noted of a collision and deployed airbags. After looking it over, we then asked to test drive the car and they were very hesitant on letting us because they said they previously had a couple jerks driving the car crazy, we said okay well we need to test drive the car to make sure it runs okay. I told him we didn't even care if he drove the car. After slightly arguing with the guy, he agreed and had a man go with with us to test drive it. We got back to the shop and after looking at the car in depth we noticed a few interior issues. We talked it over and asked for $4000 below asking price which I think was a reasonable offer considering the car had been sideswiped and side airbags deployed. He said absolutely not and he can only go $1000 below if we had outstanding credit. So that was not an option for us. We decided to decline with the process and go home to think about it. As we were leaving my boyfriend had asked the guy that helped us if we can have the carfax back and he said he would go get it, after waiting a long time we asked the guy that went on the car ride with us if he could get it for us or to see if that other guy was still getting it and he said "no I'm on the phone, I don't ever work here". Wait, What.... THE GUY THAT WENT ON THE TEST DRIVE WITH US DIDN'T EVEN WORK THERE!!! So the original guy came out and handed me a couple pieces of paper, I got back in my car and realized the guy gave me the wrong carfax for a completely different car that had no damaged. I immediately got out of my car and went up to the guy and said "these aren't the correct papers, this is to a completely different clean title car, not the one that we were looking at" he said "oh I thought you wanted the other car?" I said "what, why? We didn't want to look at any other car. That doesn't make any sense." He then told me that I had left it in the car. So I go back to the car and looked in and there is no papers. The guy told my boyfriend that we were being rude and we were waiting his time and we didn't even want to buy a car. He told them that we did want to a car that's why we even got his card because we had to think about it first. The guy then told us that the car is no longer for sale anymore. And he locked the car in front of my face We then realized, screw this place. I wouldn't waste a penny on this dump. Stay far away from this place, I wouldn't recommend anyone to this piece of garbage place. Spend your money elsewhere.
