Edit: I'm upgrading this to two stars because they were excellent in handling the issue. I got the oil changed, the engine compartment steam-cleaned, the car detailed, a loaner car for the day, and a profuse apology. But I'm still concerned about long-term damage to seals and gaskets because I drove for about 300 miles with too much oil, so I don't know that I can recommend this place to others for maintenance, or that I'm comfortable coming back here. I keep going back to the old, "Fool me once" saying.

It sure is fun when the service guys don't screw the engine cap on tightly after an oil change and oil leaks all over your engine and starts smoking while you're on the freeway. And then when you go to check the oil level, you discover that the oil was way overfilled. Thanks--I needed that today!

My husband and I went to the lot prepared with our lender on board and approved for the car we wanted to purchase! We informed them specifically that we already had an approved lender and we did not want to shop around because we are satisfied with our loan terms. We just need to test drive the vehicle and get a few questions answered! We figured we'll be in and out! Wrong they lied to us and told us to prevent fraud they needed to run our credit, I insisted that all he needed to do was comtact our credit union because this has been handled! So they said no we must run your credit per their rules. Of course they ran our credit 5 times and shopped our loan and wasted at least 4 hrs of our time, not only that they also tried to over charge us for the car! I was so upset I cried on the way home, I could not believe the blatant disregard to everything I requested! Never ever go to these swindlers!!!!

Had a top notch experience buying my new Mazda 3. I was working with Kay Tillman - and let me tell you - this guy is the real deal. Never pushy, always attentive, and made sure I got the exact engine, color, and trim I wanted. A true professional. 

My insurance was being a pain the day I was there, so I wasn't able to drive it off the lot with the car. Kay went the extra mile (literally) & picked me up from my house on his day off and brought me to the dealership to finish the sale.

If you walk into Maita Mazda, ask for Kay. You won't be disappointed.

Went into dealer with a pre-agreed quote with 0% financing. We confirmed multiple times over text and e-mail with the salesperson to ensure that the quote she was giving was including the 0% financing deal from the manufacturer. We make an appointment to work with that salesperson (A), and when we arrive, she's not available. She hands us off to another salesperson (B), who refuses to give that quote with the 0% financing, saying that quote is only available with standard financing. He brings over the original salesperson A over, and then she says "yes that quote is only available with standard financing"! I show salesperson A the multiple e-mails and texts that she sent me confirming the quote with 0% financing, and she said "I apologize, I must've made a mistake." The manager would not honor the quote either, even though when we were texting, she mentioned the sales manager was right there with her. They tried to brush it off as a misunderstanding or a mistake, even though they confirmed multiple times that they could do that price with 0% financing. Either salesperson A was lying to me, or she was grossly negligent in reading her potential customer's requests. I wasted my afternoon driving to the dealer and talking with them. Horrible experience, and would never do business with Maita Mazda again.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. Everyone working there was kind and there was a really low pressure vibe the whole time. I got a good deal on a great car and it took way less time than I was expecting to get everything all sorted out. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a Mazda!
