My experience at Niello Audi in Sacramento was excellent.  I saw an add on-line for the 2017 Audi Q5 that had all the options I wanted. The price was within my budget.  On Wednesday, I called and spoke with Stan Barney.  He gave me the details about my dream car that I saw advertised.  He was specific as to what I needed to bring with me if I wanted to purchase the vehicle.  He explained the process of purchasing in detail.  I told him that my son and I would be there on Saturday.  I hoped that the car would still be available on Saturday since I was coming from the Bay Area.  Stan called Saturday morning to let me know that the car was still there and assured me that he would be waiting for my arrival.  Stan is experienced and knowledgeable about the cars he sells.  I received a fair price for my trade-in and Stan even called me to say that he would mail me a small item that I had left in my trade-in. Niello Audi has a beautiful showroom and professional atmosphere and Stan made the experience pleasurable and stress free.  I highly recommend Niello Audi and Stan Barney.

Disclaimer: I have not shopped for any vehicle here, just speaking from services perspective.

My A4 fender bottom spoiler was damaged by an object on my road trip back from Los Angeles, and since none of the dealers in Los Angeles had any spare parts, I moved on on my trip until I decided to give Niello Audi in Sacramento a try. 

The service department was courteous and was extremely helpful, extending to offer picking up a part from another dealership when they realized they didn't have the right parts in stock, while I toured around in a loaner. Installation was fast and the charge was reasonable. 

Big shout out to Brittany who made my day. Will definitely recommend this place for service.

I just wanted to share how great of experience i had at this Niello location, my Sales Person as Stan Barney, and he was wonderful, i mean from the test drive and the paperwork he took care of me, i highly recommend him, when you come inside the dealer ask for Stan, because Stan is the Man!!! He was very Professional and Polite. I'm glad that he was the one that helped me to get into my 2017 Q7 and i was able to add a new friend !!!

So 11 years had passed since my dad had purchased his A8 from Stan Barney at Niello Audi, and my brother had purchased and leased multiple cars over the years from Stan as well. Finally, after many years of owning VW's, BMW's, Volvo's and Porsches I came back to Audi. It started when my brother and I went in to just look at cars for fun, I was going to be in the market for a new car and I was sure that I wanted another large SUV, like my current vehicle (a Porsche Cayenne). That was until Stan told us about some great year end deals on A8's and changed my mind after a couple of test drives. We leased a 2017 A8L that was discounted almost 10K, the deal was too hard to pass up, thank goodness Stan told me about it that day otherwise I would never have known. We got our new car in dark blue metallic outside and a classy beige leather interior inside. And those massaging seats now have us looking at any other car like it's a downgrade, even our Porsche! This car is amazing and Stan treated us great as usual. Great buying experience with Stan and Niello Audi!

I'm giving fine starts because of the great service I got from Stan and all of the supporting staff including the young lady in finance.  I was greeted as I walked in, and treated kindly and with respect.  I originally brought my car in for service and decided to buy a new car but the service department was very helpful also.  Shopping for an Audi, go to Niello Audi and ask for Stan.
