I have only been here to charge my Leaf however of all the free Nissan dealership charges I've been to this one is the only one where the salesmen are never outside chatting and being a friendly face for when customers arrive. I can also walk into the building to use the bathroom, watch TV or pick up a snack and feel completely invisible frequently not greated. Not to say they would be bad to buy from. They did spend 15 minutes trying to reset their charging station to help me once. Just saying others have been more friendly.

Went to this location a few months ago to have some recall work done and a gain a couple weeks ago for adiagnostic. I had to wait in line with the other cars even though I had an appointment. The recall work was completely free and they picked me up when my car was done. They keep in touch to let you know what's going on. The price of the work my car needed was three times as expensive than another shop I found so didn't have the work done there.

One star for service. For sales I would give 5 out 5. They put scratch on my new rogue, overfilled oil. I heard some noise from under the hood,like metallic whistling. The mechanic told me it's fine for that kind of vehicle (his name is Patrick Hale) I decided bring my van to future Nissan of roseville, and they fixed it for me. Replaced tansioner and belt. Don't do service at Nissan of Sacramento.

Love this dealership.  Service department is fast and friendly.  Sales department does an awesome job figuring out how they can best meet your needs.  I feel like a guest at a friends house.  

P.S. Starbucks machine is awesome!
