If I could give this Location a -100 stars I would. Bought Christmas gifts over the holidays then was asked at the register if I wanted to join a FREE FYE membership so being presented as free with no hidden fees I agreed. Well today I was charged 11.99 to be apart of this free program. Nothing but liars and dishonest ppl with no dignity... I will call corporate and report this! Is there a business in this town that is honest and wont try and scam you?

Went in and got an item for Christmas and the lady asked if I wanted a member card. Told her no, that I don't shop there and didn't want one. Apparently she signed me up anyway to get a monthly charge. The employees make a commission off how many they sell. I called and was told the lady is not working there anymore so nothing they can do. Store will steal your money don't go there.

Amazing store and staff. Only place i could get recently released metalcore and punk albums in all of albuquerque.

Manager was way disrespectful. Went in to sell some movies and was told my passport wasn't a form of ID they can take. I then pointed at the manager (did not know it was at the time) and said "Well last time I tried using it she let me" and she comes over and said that she is only allowed to do it once and she can't ever use it again. I know she just didn't want to because she complained last time she did use it about how difficult it is. I informed them that they need to start letting people who come in and use their passports that they won't ever be able to use them again and she just looked at me and gave me a dirty look so I left. Moral of the story. DO NOT waste your time here if you only have your passport because they're too dumb to know it's a valid form of ID
