Bad customer service. My mother had asked if she could get an umbrella from T-Mobile for T-Mobile Tuesday. I answered sure. The rep said they needed proof of ID. I understand there are rules on how to redeem the free giveaways, but seriously? Why make your loyal customer jump through flaming hoops and make it an incinvenience to try to redeem something that’s given away. She clearly has the T-Mobile Tuesday app. She has a way to claim and redeem the umbrella. Why not give her the umbrella? Very upsetting for me to hear my mother get rejected like this. Def will reconsider staying with T-Mobile now. If customers aren’t treated right, why would I want to stay?

Robert at cottonwood is awesome! I could not get another store to fix what they had wronged I had made many calls and spent countless time on the phone. Robert was able to fix everything from a different store in lightening speed and make sure everything was correct he will always get my business!!  Thank you for saving me from my horrible mistake of trying a store closer to work. I'll never do that again. Always going to Robert at cottonwood from now on.

these guys lie and try to act like they are a corporate store, truth is they are not. They are shifty people, the whole deal seams like their trying to scam you left and right. There whole chain is wretched Cottonwood, Unser & Southern, Coors & Irving... Worst customer service in town, Half the employee could use a shower and shave. I will take my business online from now on. ALL THE THUMBS DOWN!!!

I bought a phone and they said I get a free tablet if I just pay the taxes. I asked just the taxes nothing else. They said, "yes." Suddenly I found out I was paying  a monthly fee plus insurance to be able to switch my  device at any time, without my informed consent. We called customer service and they said I could only cancel at the specific store I got the tablet from. Store says they will take tablet back and cancel the line that was added to the tablet without my knowledge but they have to charge 70 dollars to restock. After arguing about having to pay I just want this mess over with and decide to pay. They charge me but say they can't cancel the line after they charge me because the tablet was used. I had never EVEN OPENED THE CURSED TABLET. They say I can't absolutely cancel unless I call customer service. I call customer service and they say I can not cancel the line except at the specific store. As of now I still can get a simple line cancellation. Save yourself the nightmare. Go somewhere else and avoid Shelby at all cost unless you like being lied to and long trivial ordeals.
