I'm a bit surprised by the negative reviews, as I've always had a great experience in all the Game Stop stores. I received extra help tonight from Dylan/Dillon. He was trying to help me by looking up and checking to see if we bought a warranty on a used Wii system under my husband's account. He offered to call management/corporate to further assist me, which I declined at first because I didn't want to be a pain. He assured me it was done and proceeded to take my number down to call me back. He called back within a half hour and tried to further assist me, but we couldn't find the Wii on my husband's account with the serial number, which is on us for not buying a warranty. Give Dylan/Dillon a raise for his exceptional customer service!! :-)

Tried to return new game. They gave me crap back for a price. But my son-in-law returns same game same day and gets money back plus a used game to make up for it. Are you kidding me ! Won't be back ever.

The clerk in the store was Captain Attitude, I will never go into the store again.. Not when I can order same games online and have it delivered to my doorstep sans punk attitude..
