First, let me say that the customer service rep that helped me was outstanding. That's where the positive comments stop. For the second month in a row I've received a warning that I'm about to exceed my data roaming limit. I've had this service for almost a year and don't use my phone any differently. I did, however, find out that Sprint is "upgrading" their service and working on some of their towers. So guess what? Now I basically have no service at home. Thankfully I use Wi-Fi but I can't do anything about my commute or while I'm on the road. So I click the "plan optimization" link and it's broken. Doesn't matter anyways. I have "unlimited" Talk, Text, & Data EXCEPT when I'm roaming. What good is "unlimited" if I'm roaming because the Sprint coverage is TERRIBLE? I'll tell you what...save yourself some time and money. If you don't live in Portland, don't get Sprint Wireless.

Salesman misinformed me on discounts, opened my account with my old out of state address, now I'm billed taxes for a different state, and if I need 911 I'm screwed. They even charged me twice on the same day for almost $200. And try to get someone to call you back...i miss Verizon

John, an employee at this location is incredible.  He is patient and does not rush at all.  He worked with me on a known issue that the manufacturer was aware of.  He took the time to make sure that it was reported, and also got me a new phone.  While I was waiting for my other phone he took a lot of time to find and set up a loaner phone for me.  The cell phone process can be painful, but John made  it easy as could be and took all the time to make sure that I left with my issues resolved.

I had been wanting to switch cell phone companies for awhile.  I was very nervous about my bill changing but my kids wanted iphones which my cell co. did not carry.  I had seen an ad about switching to Sprint.  I went into the Biddeford store and talked with Mike Little about what I needed in a plan and what phones my family liked.  He was great!  He went above and beyond what I would have expected.  My family went in at separate times, some needed to be taught how to use the new phones and everyone wanted to pick out their own cases.  Mike and the staff at Sprint helped us all transition to a new company and new phones :) Very happy we chose to visit the Biddeford store!  I recommend them to everyone.  We saved money on our monthly bill and got nicer phones, it has been a great experience.
