I had purchased a console from a different location, took it home to find that my games weren't working on my system. They were super helpful in assisting with switching out games purchased from them in order to play. They were all super nice and exceptional when I had additional issues in the future with a used game purchase. They were awesome about everything.

Nice people and Caitlin is my favorite so sweet helpful picks out great choices on games to try out very nice smile and shows it alot wich to me is important makes me feel welcome i will be back just because of her:)

I have been to this game stop for at least 3 years. The staff is amazing. They are all nice and great to talk to. Their customer service is exceptional.  This is one of the best game stops I have ever been to. If there ever comes a day where I moved far away from this particular game stop,   no matter what the distance I will come to this game stop only.
