Lousy non smiling customer service counter that doesn't employ tactfulness when dealing  cash refunds.  If I wanted everyone behind me in line to know my business I'd tell them.  A couple are extremely nice, have them train the other up and coming service agents.  Don't take customers for granted or your customers won't shop there.  I've curtailed shopping there by 70 percent because of attitudes.  Project enthusiasm and no discriminatory feelings.

This is an AWESOME Walmart! Me and my six children found some really cool clothes, the store was very clean and well stocked, my 15 year old daughter found a book she had been looking for along time and the cashier was super nice and very patient. We'll definitely be back!

Floor employees were horrible but manager was professional and kind.  I called the bakery to place a cake order. An associate stated that she would take my cake order over the phone. The associate advised me to hold on the phone momentarily, but after 15 minutes on hold, she never came back. After hanging up, I called back only to be told the bakery was now closed. I asked for a manager and Kim the afternoon/night manager answered . She was polite, professional, and kind. She went to the closed bakery and proceeded to take my phone order, while patiently reciting my information to ensure all was accurate. I needed my cake in two days, so it was imperative that I ordered the cake that day! Kim accommodated me and I truly appreciate her. The bakery employee however, was strategic in her unprofessionalism and laziness. She placed me on hold for 15 minutes in hopes that I would hang up so she didn't have to take my order. It was really close to closing and she didn't want to be inconvenienced by my petty order.

Like most people we walk with our heads low and try not to communicate with strangers in public. After being a regular at 14 Mile Van Dyke Walmart over the years the employees who used to be strangers I now call family just about every one of them. A smile and eye contact will warm the heart of almost anybody thank you Walmart for everything you've done for me over these past 10 years

Provided you're only there too people watch you'll be fine. If you're looking fort something specific then look in the opposite of where it should be. Don't axe for help bc They'll definitely reply "I'm not sure. I don't work in this department. "
