This branch is smaller than others I have been to, which makes the service much faster. As soon as I walked in I was immediately taken care of, which I appreciate ~ especially on a busy day! Friendly workers, efficient service, AND much closer to home! What more could I ask??

DON'T GO TO THIS STORE! They lied to me about a promotion that sprint is having. They told me that I am qualified for 50% off phone bill plan monthly when turns out I do not qualify for it at all in the first place. I spent a good hour and half taking to sprint corporate only to be told that they can't do anything about it. So now I'm trapped in an expensive monthly plan and they offered no help whatsoever.

Blake! Blake! Blake! He solves all problems. He's a genius with phones!  Seriously, if it wasn't for Blake, I'd hate Sprint even more.

This Sprint store is helpful but service was bad I was stuck in a 2 year contract and full of 3G service on my iPhone 6 the phone was good and help was great I got help on every problem I had but service was a C-. Calling was good no dropped calls, texting was good no problems and data was like throttled speeds to about 15 to 20 MBPS. I would go back to sprint if service in areas of Michigan get better I will recommend sprint to customers that feel they need just calling and texting and can deal with semi- slow data speeds then this is for you and if you want to free you limits and can't deal with 3G speeds then I also would recommend T-Mobile,AT&T and Verizon I mostly like TMobile and Verizon but AT&T is for customer who want more features and want to go a little cheaper than Verizon.
