I bought a car from this dealership in December of 2017. I was highly impressed with the level of customer service and the quality of the vehicle I purchased. Eric Roder, my sales contact, was both professional and personable and made me feel very much at ease during my search for a car. Moreover, seeing as I had made a 2-hour drive to check out the vehicle of my choice, the dealership went out of their way in order to ensure that I would be able to drive my purchase home the same day.  I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Excellent service. Really appreciated the lack of pressure, just informative friendly service. Able to beat my bank's interest rate. As a senior woman I sometimes receive less than respectful service when making big purchases - the service I received from Ganley was everything I could have asked for - everyone I encountered was helpful, communication was prompt. Special thanks to Ali H in Sales and to Eli in Financing.

First time a dealership has said the customer (myself) was in the wrong and have not done ANYTHING to help. Received a ticket for a vehicle THEY SOLD ME and refused to take action of the situation. Until Ganley Honda of North Olmsted do something about my situation, I will leave this review as ONE STAR.

Go see Tiffany Haggerty-Kruzer. Most Genuine salesperson you will come across. Treats you like family. Gives you upfront pricing. Top salesperson in the company for over 15 years for a reason. Thank you Tiffany! Keep up the spectacular work!
