Bought a used truck off of them in November of 2016. Told them I already had my financing arranged through Capital One but they insisted that I allow them to try to get me a better rate. After they assured me they would pull a single credit report and share it with the potential lenders I allowed them to do it. That is not what they did. They provided my information to 5 different banks in an effort to beat the incredible rate I already had from Capital One. Each of them pulling my credit report and causing my rating to drop slightly because of so many inquiries. When I brought this to the finance manager's attention he thought it was funny. "We were determined to find you a better rate. Oh well, they will fall off in two years." In a sentence, they lied to me. I was so happy with my purchase i would have been a repeat customer. Not now.

I wrote the following in an email to Adam and Robert Morris and received no response whatsoever. The Manager of the body shop, Barb Sikora, has been very apologetic and has been the ONLY person at this dealership that seems to care about the service provided to your customers. It's appalling that your dealership would allow an employee, Dave the Asst. Mgr. of the body shop, to discriminate against a disabled veteran in such a manner...you should all be ashamed of yourselves. 

'Mr. Morris: I am writing to let you know how your body shop not only failed to provide fast, friendly, efficient and fairly priced services but they also insulted me as a disabled veteran. 

First, when I brought my 2008 CTS in to be painted, I asked about other aftermarket items that could be put on my car and was told to just Google it and so that’s what I did. I found a fiberglass mold that was supposed to be for the hood on a CTS but wasn’t sure if it would work or not so I emailed (I can provide copies if necessary) the pictures of it, measurements, instructions and even links to the website where I found it to your manager, asking him if it would work or not because I didn’t want to order it if it wouldn’t nor did I want to order it if it would cost $1000 or something ridiculous like that for a $100 part. So he called me and said it would be fine and it would cost about $4-500. So I ordered it and had to drive to your dealership with it strapped to the roof of my car. 

Then he calls to tell me that, because it got a couple minor cracks in it, it would cost $1200 to put it on the car. Needless to say, I told him not to do it and, frustrated, told him to toss it. Then a week goes by and I was wondering what was taking so long (I had no idea it would take nearly 3 weeks to paint my car) and called to check on my car and was, in so many words, told how stupid I was for even ordering such a thing and that I should ship it back for a refund. 

So then I called back several days later asking when the car would be ready, the rental car was getting expensive!!! Had I known it would take this long, I could have used my mother’s car instead! I was then told it would be ready on Thursday last week. Friday comes around and no call so I called them and they complained that they’re way behind (not my problem) and they will get it done ASAP and that they will pay for the rental for the weekend. 

Then I called yesterday to ask when the car will be ready and was told tomorrow after 3pm. So, I took the car back to Enterprise and was told that the cost was nearly $1000 and that the dealership didn’t say anything about covering the cost starting last Friday!!! Then their rep took me to the body shop and the car isn’t even close to being ready!!! 

And, while discussing the outrageous rate being charged by Enterprise and that they should have charged me the dealership rate, I said: "I’m a disabled veteran if that helps" hoping that maybe they had a discount or something and then your assistant manager Dave said: "you’re disabled in your head too" ...seriously??? How completely disrespectful and insensitive can you be??? That is so wrong on so many levels and is NOT something that you should say to anyone, especially a disabled veteran.

Needless to say, I’m very angry about this whole ordeal. I hope that you can find a way to rectify this before I have to seek other means."

I was at Tim Morris GMC on Lorain road in North Olmsted on Dec. 28 2017 to trade my 2015 Serria Denali HD for New 2018 Serria Denali.  
THE SALES TEAM SUCK HERE!!!!  I CAME TO SPEND OVER $60000.00 FOR A NEW TRUCK.....  THIS DEALERSHIP IS NO BUSIER THAN ANY OTHER FOR YEAR END SALES.  THE SALES MANAGER TOLD THE PERSON I WAS GOING THRU FOR A NEW ONE. THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GET ANOTHER TRUCK  TRANFERED THERE???? TOO MUCH OF A HEADACHE AT THIS TIME COME BACK AFTER ALL THE SALES ARE OVER AND WE CAN GET THAT DONE THEN!!!!! WAS VERY UPSETTING TO HEAR VERY SUCKY SALES TEAM HERE......  WENT TO ANOTHER DEALSHIP THAT NIGHT AND IT ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUTES TO GET ME A TRUCK FOR MY NEEDS. SO, HOW COME ANOTHER DEALESHIP CAN DO THIS AND MORRIS GMC CAN NOT???   Don't know how the service team is there? But I'm sure they are do whats needed to fix the issues. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP PERFORM JUST LIKE THE CLEVELAND BROWNS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
