I was recommended to Cleveland Motorsports by a long time friend who runs a body shop in Chagrin.  He told me that I would find the staff at Cleveland Motorsports to be very accommodating and helpful.   He was right.  Colin and Roger and the others were very professional, made sure that I was comfortable while I waited, and kept me informed as to the timeline for the service.  From the minute I got there I felt like a valued customer.  I would very much recommend Cleveland Motorsports and Colin's team as a result, and look forward to a continued relationship with them in the future, whether that be through the service department, or hopefully, the sales team for another car!

I had a great experience dealing with the service manager Fady Mansour. He took care of my car that was being serviced in a timely manner and followed up with me every day to make sure I was being updated on the progress of my repairs. Fady also assisted me in looking for a new vehicle providing me with many options custom to what I am looking for. I won’t go anywhere else to get my car serviced because of this excellent customer experience. Be sure to ask for Fady!

I had a first rate experience with Chris Massaro, one of their service managers. Apparently some staff changes a few months ago have really raised the level of service. My first experience will ha E me coming back!

We dealt with Mark when buying our Maserati Grand tourismo.  Transaction happened fast, and got to drive the car out the same day.
