When you think of a “typical” car salesmen or even the experience of buying a new vehicle, the word “teamwork” certainly isn’t the first thing you think of. This dealership is changing that perception. I was amazed at how everyone worked together as a team to make my new car purchase as smooth as possible. From Anthony helping me figure out my trade in and getting me to my ideal payment, to Nick being awesome showing me various models and teaching me about all the option packages, to Walter sealing the deal with financing and his clear communication of what I was “signing up” for. This dealership was great to work with and all of the people I encountered at all stages of my purchase were friendly, kind, outgoing & caring. That care didn’t stop after I walked out the door and started my new car. Nick has made himself available to me along the way, checking in and asking if I have any questions or issues with my new Cherokee. Stress free purchasing experience and shout out to Nick for really helping me get in to my dream car!

We purchased a Dodge minivan this past Saturday from Mac at North Olmsted CJDR, and had a fantastic experience! Mac met us outside while we were browsing vehicles, and immediately we were taken by his warm, welcoming personality. He answered all of our questions and tried to discern what our needs were. We had a pretty good idea what we were looking for, and Mac made sure we had all the information about every vehicle we were interested in seeing. We test drove two vehicles and decided on one to purchase. The paperwork process was smooth, and again, Mac took care of us while we filled out forms and waited. We came back later in the afternoon to pick up the vehicle and finish paperwork, and Walter in Finance was so very helpful and friendly as well. We are very happy with both our purchase and our experience at North Olmsted CJDR, and we will be recommending them to our friends and family!

Anthony took care of us in finding a new car that was exactly what we were looking for. There was no hassle, no games, and no wasted time. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thank you for a good car buying experience.

Great experience. I found this dealership online and saw the great prices. I struck a deal online with Chris Weber, drove 2.5 hours out with my trade and all went very smoothly. The dealership held to their trade value, from my accurate description. In and out in about an hour. No surprises. Great deal. Drove 2.5 hours back home in my new Ram 1500 Laramie. I'll be back!

I'm so pleased with my first new car purchase at North Olmsted CJDR. Friendly and helpful staff makes you feel comfortable. Tom Williamson in Sales went out of his way to expediently locate the exact vehicle I wanted. He was quick to respond when I needed to communicate and was attentive to my needs and/or requests. I also appreciated working with Kurt Smudz (General Manager) and Joe Killiany in the Finance Department who patiently took the time needed for me to make my decisions in purchasing and financing. Tom really went above and beyond to make this a satisfying experience for me. I love my new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk! Thanks Guys!
