Todd called to tell me about some specials that might work for me with my lease to turn it in early. I got the Rogue that works best for me along with the mileage, cost per month and the color I requested. Good experience- I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Nissan of North Olmsted- this is my 5 th lease from them- good group to work with.

From the first phone call to the moment after we drove off in a new car our experience was exceptional. Matt Fowler was extremely attentive and listened to our needs and concerns. When concerns arose, Matt Fowler stepped forward and took care of us beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this dealership over any other. Only place to buy a car AND receive outstanding service! Thanks Matt for making our car buying experience more enjoyable.

Trying to make a long story short this dealership opened price negotiations with monthly payments and not the actual sales price of the vehicle. Trying to get them to talk about the sales price of the vehicle ended with my wife and I getting a lecture from their sales manager (Jarod) telling us about how many awards they had on the wall (10. Its 10 awards. He mentioned it twice during the lecture). Anyway, read a car buying guide before going here or any dealer. A dealer jumping straight to payments is a red flag. Especially when they lecture you about how complicated/impossible financing is for them. Payments are not an ethical or effective (in our case) sales practice. That said, Nissan of North Olmsted has apparently earned 10 sales awards this way. They are on the wall for you to count.

We came in with a specific model in mind - 2017 Rogue Sport.  Brad listened to our needs, did not try to upsell and settled on a fair price.  No nonsense approach in sales and finance departments made it a good experience.

From the moment I stepped in the door I was treated extremely well. A salesman walked me all the way to the service door.  Then Jason in service was fantastic.! We had called the service department before I arrived regarding two recalls on my Altima; Jason had the paperwork ready.  He explained everything and since the emissions repair was going to take a few hours he set up a loaner car for the day so I wouldn't be inconvenienced.  I highly recommend  North Olmsted Nissan!!
