Great customer service, no issues setting up recall service. Wife went in 2 weeks ago & we were impressed with Howard (service advisor). I decided to get the things I needed looked at. Brandon Banas (service advisor) got my truck in at 8am with an release time of 3pm. Knowing I live too far away to go home they jumped on my truck while I waited. He said everything went perfectly allowing me to leave by 1130. Very happy with the building, waiting area, free coffee, & fresh baked cookies. They have a special play room for kids. We will be back

Hi. I had a great experience as far as sales goes. Brittany and Shawn  made the process  timeless and seamless... Service. Was another issue. I had got a flat tire. Went in an ordered one since I bought the tire and wheel coverage with my vehicle.  The guy named Guy said he ordered it and it would be there by Friday. That Friday came and went. And Monday I called  about it to see why my new tire hadn't arrived. He reached back out to me that following Wednesday to call him and talk about it. When I went there. Another guy helped me out. We concurred that my tire was never ordered and I had to wait another week for the tire to arrive. And I literally drove around on a donut for almost an entire month. Also. When I showed I had the tire and wheel via my pink paper contract. It was never given back and it seems to have been lost. 
I'd recommend the sales. 
The service seems to depend on who you talk to. So I'm iffffffy about it when it comes to that. 
My 3 stars are for Shawn and Brittany and the guy who actually got my tire situated. 
The two  stars not given are based on Guy and no compensation or offer to check alignment or anything after being literally forced to drive on a donut for a month when it should have been handled within the same work week

This dealership gets a five star only because of the finance manager who went out of his way to help make the deal happen.  He was customer friendly and did his part to make it as convenient as possible for us.  Great guy and wears a nice red polka dot tie!  My only negative comment would be to say it'd be helpful if both sales person and finance people would hand out business cards.  The man I'm talking about is named Sean (Shawn/Shaun), but I'm not sure how he spells it.  Oh, and we love our new Chrysler 300.  It gets a bad rap because it's a tenth of a second behind in the 0-60 ratings; but, believe me, it still has muscle.

Jordan was our sales person he treated us with a lot of respect and knew the vechicle he sold us and helped us get what we wanted. We appreciated his honesty and sincere disposition I’d send others to him in a minute. Rodney Hill  was thorough and helpful and extremely pleasant. We never felt pressured  and found the over all experience a positive  one.

This is the worst place ever!  I wish I would have never bought a vehicle from this dealership.  The service department is the worst and rudest!  Don't ever purchase a vehicle from Larry H. Miller.  They love you at first then it turns into a nightmare.  Stay away from the service department, don't take your vehicle to them.  They will break parts on your vehicle and say it was like that.  I will never do business with this dealership again and I don't recommend that anyone else does either.  Stay away from this place!
