Great experience at Rich Ford. Vanessa Trevino was amazing to work with: no pressure, no BS, just great customer service. The negotiation was fast and fair. I was planning to have to travel out of state to get a good price on my new Ford, but they were able to put together a deal that made me buy local. I have purchased many vehicles from multiple dealerships (both local and out of state) and this was one of my best experiences.

I took my car in for its  20,000 mile  oil change on February 8, 2018. I was greeted quickly.  I showed my Rich Ford maintenance card to the young woman who greeted me. She took  my keys and I went to the waiting room. After about 30 minutes she came back and told me I needed an alignment. I asked how much it would cost. She gave me the price and I told her to go ahead and do the alignment. I figured since the oil change is free for 5 years I could afford the alignment. 

Well I guess I was wrong!  I was charged 89.95 for the alignment and  another 83.72 for an oil  change and tire rotation.  A total of 199.18. 

My husband and I, between us,  have bought our last 5 cars from Rich Ford. It may be time to shop somewhere else. Evidently the maintenance plan is not really what was described to us when I purchased the car.

Hello Fellow Customers,

We've been taking our various vehicles to Rich Ford for several years now and we really appreciate their attentiveness toward detail.  Also, you will have a hard time finding a cleaner and/or more organized auto service department which is very important to my family and me.  Added to the equation are the staff of helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly folks to help one navigate the stormy waters of automotive servicing.  My family, my wife, and I would highly recommend Rich Ford for your automotive needs and they also service virtually every make and model along with  Ford vehicles.  So, stop by and see the friendly people at Rich Ford.

Met with sales Rep Ramiro on Sunday. We told Ramiro our financial situation and made sure he understood where we were coming from. We were only looking and not yet ready to buy just yet. He gave us his whole salesman talk " he knows were we we're coming from " and if we would just let him help he could possibly get us into a vehicle. We declined again and again. Before we were due to leave , out comes Ramiro with his Manager. His manager asking us to just listen and he was so sure he could work with us IF he could get our credit information. We understood it could go either way. All we asked for was a phone call to at  least let us know if they could or couldn't help us. The manager and Ramiro come out and tell us will call you tomorrow (Monday) since the banks arent open. Well Its been a few days still with no call from either of them. So my husband called today just to check on the process. Ramiro was a total different person from the  Ramiro we met at the dealership. He tells my husband he was so busy with customers but he'll have his manager call in an hour. 5 hours go by and we call again. This time Ramiro acted as though we were a burden. He had a bad attitude and told us he was with customers and couldn't talk. Really???? 
I'm so disappointed with Rich Ford and these 2 men. They are truly unprofessional! 
A simple yes or no is all we needed to hear. Don't sugar coat it! Tell us if you could help us or tell us why it didn't approve. Don't continue to ignore our calls and act like we never existed!!

Have been buying from Rich Ford in Edgewood since they opened. Sales reps and manager have been great in helping us to obtain the vehicles we have wanted over the past 10 to 12 years. We always purchase the maintenance agreement and extended warranties. They have always honored both of these contracts. Service is quick and thoroughly done. 
   Just purchased new tires for the Ford Explorer 2015 price was competitive and the service was quick and thoroughly completed. Thanks to everyone in the service department for a good job done. A big thank you to Shawn and Juan who worked to give me a good price and to make sure the service was completed
