These clowns are horrible at following through on their word. I crashed a car I bought from there and my gap insurance company is requesting the Bill of Sale. Went to contact them, they said it would be faxed over the next morning. A week later my gap insurance still has not received it, so I call again. Get told he is on the phone and will call me back. 3 days later with no call. I am currently traveling in Bangkok and these clowns are going to make me have to cut my trip short and come back home because they simply can't follow through on their word. Aside from that, their sales manager is a rather disrespectful individual. If they ask you for a cosigner, go somewhere else. They had me get a cosigner and when we got the first bill, it turns out they switched the loan application and I was now the cosigner. I filled out their survey and gave bad reviews, then received 8 phone calls from them trying to convince me to redo the survery. I have lost all interest in Kia after this.

I met with 2 sales guys, Danny G (an hour before closing) who gave us great info on the car I wanted, plus a very short test drive. Next day Danny was busy so we met with George Haley who let us do a longer drive to test the Tech package features. Both sales guys were awesome! They are the reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise, based on the finance guys, it would be a 1.5. This big guy was a total douchecanoe. Insulted his sales guy right in front of us, then didn't know that I wanted to buy, not lease. Came back 10 min later with new numbers but admitted he didn't know the MSRP of the car when we told him the price was too high....What?! It took me 5.5 hours to buy a car that I knew I wanted at a price I knew was fair. This was my first car buying experience and I should've just walked away and went to a different dealership. We had tried going online to get quotes from different dealerships. Gateway was the only one that wouldn't give us a quote online or over the phone even though they are supposed to because they are a TrueCar member. We haggled with them from a different dealer's price. Then the pencil-pusher nickled and dimed us on the oil changes and tried to sell us gap insurance and extended warranty because the standard one "doesn't cover gaskets and seals." After checking the owner's manual, the original warranty does indeed cover seals and gaskets. Just rude and shady. The only saving grace was I got the car I wanted at the price I was ok paying and the sales guys were very nice.

If you want your credit ruined go to these guys. They will promise you the moon and I don't expect that but i do expect them to pay a lease termination fee when they put you into another car there. And you won't know they didn't pay it until you get a notice in the mail from a collections company. I went three time each time they acknowledged they paid for it. First by saying they paid kia motors,  then by saying they sent the check it got there late. Then finally by saying they spoke to the collections and sent them a check. 6 months later it's has not been paid and good luck trying to get in contact with the ones who handle that because they work there but apparently not on any day of the week you heard of. You would think from a repeat customer they would pay a simple fee. WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CAR FROM GATEWAY KIA. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEM. Look for a professional kia dealership there's a great one in Burlington
