Brought my 2013 Traverse for oil and a recall (water pump something). Greeted by an assistant on arrival. In and out took less than an hour. The waiting room is clean, fresh coffee. Friendly staff.

Malouf was very responsive when I called to make an appointment to check the front seats during the Colorado recall.  However I also reported a problem with the clock in the vehicle.  It seems that on very hot days the time is hours off the correct time.  Randy told me that there is a software correction available but it could take up to 3 hours to download.  I asked him if they use a dial-up modem (LOL).  He said that all dealerships would have to download software from GM using one central computer and that is why it could take that long.  That is too long.  Why can't the software be distributed on a regional basis?

I recently purchased a new car and was very pleased with the sales person by the name of Ryan.  He helped us purchase the car.  We wanted one car but changed our mind and purchased a smaller car.  Ryan and his managers was very patient and understanding.  We ordered the car and he explained the entire process, and he worked with us for financing.  The managers were not aggressive and no one pressured us to buy car.  Everyone was very nice.  I would recommend this dealership and the salesman Ryan.

i own two chevy cars , i didn't buy my cars from them however then been giving me an excellent customer service , i have been dealing with Chris , he's a great professional honest straight forward man , totally recommended
