If you expect service on your vehicle to be done in a timely fashion also look elsewhere. They have had my vehicle for 2 weeks now. Sat for more than a week before they even looked at on a Monday. Promised it would be ready Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon I get told that the parts just came in however a call to their parts dept under a different pretense said the parts were stock items and they have plenty with no shortages, also have the parts at every local auto parts store. So Wednesday I get promised with no doubt that it will be ready Thursday afternoon. Thursday afternoon and now getting told Friday late or possibly next week. These are not difficult repairs. 2-3 hours labor tops including lunch and a coffee break.

From the very beginning of the process through to adding the license plates to my new vehicle, Malouf Ford Lincoln was really a dream to work with. My sales rep, Anthony P was never pushy, or pressuring. He asked me exactly what I wanted, and figured out a way to get it. Most of the discussions happened over the phone, after Anthony had done some research, so I didn't have to spend hours sitting in the dealer showroom. Once he had a few options for me, I went back to see him in person, and the manager gave me a deal that was literally everything I asked for. I got a brand new car, in the colors that I chose, for a lower payment than I had on my older vehicle. How could you say no to that? Everyone was very helpful, and I'd recommend Anthony to anyone looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln.

I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Malouf Ford in North Brunswick.  Everyone, in particular Adam Rosser and Don Brown were extremely helpful to assist me in my final purchase.  Having been to several other Ford dealerships prior to going to Malouf, they were the most generous and offered me top dollars for my trade in by comparison to others.  No doubt I will look to Malouf for my next purchase.

Just left Malouf Ford with a brand new Edge. Adam Rosser and Rob Morris could not have been more helpful. When someone else beat me to the punch on the first vehicle I was looking at, they quickly found another one.  Honestly, this one is probably a better fit for my needs. If you are looking for a Ford Adam and Rob are your guys. Trust me.

Horrible service
Total con artists
My brother went to this dealership to purchase a car.we already had made a deal for $20000 for 3yr term over the phone which included interest rate and fees and taxes.they totally changed the deal and convinced him to take a deal which was for $24000 for 6yr term.after he purchased the car he noticed it had a problem the wheels were making a grinding sound he went to the service center at the dealership and even the mechanic heard the sound when they went on a test drive.we left the car there and when we returned the mechanic said there was nothing wrong with the tires on the car.and the sound was normal for those types of tires and suggested us to change them.my brother insisted if we change the tires will the noise go away and the mechanic said maybe.that is not enough to pursue him to buy new tires which he should not pay for since it's only been 1-3 days he had the car.so he decided not to go forward with the deal ,as we were taking the car out of the service center we noticed sound of water in the car.we took it back immediately haven't even left the dealership and the mechanic said he did hear the noise but didn't do anything about it.he again asked us to leave the car at the service center so he can figure out what was the problem with the car because he had to reassemble the car parts to get to the problem.my brother shouldn't have to deal with these problems with the car only being 1-3 days after purchasing the car.i have no clue why would they only offer a 60 warranty on a used car with fairly low milage.management and customer service does not exist in this dealership they were not helpful at all when we decided to return the car.They didn't allow us to return it even though we told them about all the problems with the car.they just asked us to leave the dealership because nothing can be done.one of the employee or manager was very disrespectful and I have a recording of him screaming from the top of his lungs.my brother has been going back and fourth to the dealership multiple time with no success or satisfaction.other then this review I also contacted better business bureau.will be contacting the head of fords,and customer consumer affairs.
