At first i thought they had nice cars, so i pulled up and went to check out there inventory, I looked around and saw that some of the cars looked good far away but the closer you got the worse they became, some of the vehicles had mis matched paint as if it was in an accident and was repaired but not done properly. Most of the people there look nice but just treat you like a cash cow, milking every cent and dime off of you. they take pictures of the car online but when you go there they look like they have seen better days. While I was in the waiting room another "customer" came in complaining about how they " screwed him " over because they lied on the paper work and said they made double at his job.  Please do not give your self a headache there are many other car dealers just skip this one.

Worst place to buy car 
Be aware before you sign any paperwork 
They try to make you sign on as is and you are screwed. Very bad experience .made a huge mistake to buy a car from this dealar..paid asking price and car is peace of sheet for what i paid ..read twice before you sign any thing with this horrible dealar. I just simply suggest just don't  go ever..they will reap you off .I am so frustrated after what they did to me..not a honest people at all..

if i could give 0 stars i would, they lie on the internet and put a low price, then they want to charge you almost 2- 3 thousand dollar extra and call it " dealer perp "/ " dealer fee" . the cars also look neglected and just slapped together to get it sold. Do not be fooled stay away. Im sure they will comment in this review and say something to make is seem like i am a bad guy like they did with the other reviews.

I recently bought my BMW X5 from John Williams of Europlus. John is the absolute best salesman I have ever encountered.  He went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had the car that I wanted and followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The rest of the staff, including the Service Manager promptly addressed any issues I had and I am a very happy customer.  Please see John Williams at Europlus for excellent customer service!

At about 5 o'clock in the evening I called at the dealership interested in a Mercedes CL 550. Spoke to one of the managers on the phone, I think his name was Brian, anyhow he was very courteous, spoke to me About the vehicle, spoke to me about my credit, even took my credit application over the phone. I decided to drive to the dealership to see the car. On the way Brian was able to get me approved through their financing department on the vehicle I wanted. By the time I got there, not only what is the car prepared and clean for me, but on my financing was done and I was approved for the car. The car was awesome, the process was made very simple by Brian and the manager and the finance department, whose name was Arthur. Within an hour, I drove out of the dealership with my new car. The process was made so extremely pleasant for me, I hope everyone has experience as good as I did when they are looking to buy a car from the dealership. The price was right, the attention to detail was excellent , The entire process was kept simple, quick, and to the point. It was a couple of things that need to be fixed with the car, they have a full service department I was able to address these minor things for me quickly. Just a couple simple things like when she'll wiper blades, small things like that. I am so happy that I decided to make that call to go to this dealership to purchase my vehicle. I'm very happy with my car, and I would recommend anybody to go to this dealership to purchase a vehicle.
