What a game player dealership. Tried to buy a Yukon Denali. I had a trade. I asked.for more money for my car so they have me $1000 more but raised the car I was buying by a  $1000. I said no deal. Then my sales person, Mike I call him 2 weeks later because I saw that they lowered the price of the car. I said I am interested. He told me he would call me back but never did. Horrible dealership and do not recommend doing business there! Scam artist!

I must say I always went to Union Buick but the last  experience was dreadful. My lease was almost up and I wanted to see if there were any deals. The  gentleman that I spoke to said absolutely. Gave him my information and told him that I’ve lease there before and was  extremely happy.  Figuring he was going to treat me like family. I was so wrong. I felt like right from the start he thought I was  desperate. So he tried to lease me a car that was not up to my standards . When he showed me the Enclave he saw my face and knew I wasn’t happy but still tried to convince me. So at that point I said let me talk to my wife outside and we both agreed that we should go somewhere else. So we googled Buick Enclave and we ended up at Malouf Brick. My wife and I were  introduced to a salesman named Phil. Right from the start we told him what as happened and he apologized for it . We said no need to  apologize it wasn’t your fault. He went on to say that we must protect the brand and went out of he way to help us. When we finally found a Enclave that we  fell in love with . He  introduced us to the manager  Tj Edward's he  explained all the financial details to us and made that part of the  process extremely easy and understanding .  They both made us feel like we been doing business with them forever. So from this day  fourth we became part of a family. For that I THANK them so very much......... I really would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a  honest  straightforward experience .

I drove an hour and a half to Malouf and had a positive experience.The sales team worked hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted at a reasonable price.

Best car buying experience I ever had. The deal was 100% negotiated before I even stepped foot at the dealership. There were no strings attached or surprises. They also went above and beyond expectations. Tito Palmela was my sales associate. Shame on me for thinking Malouf was a "dirty window" car dealership like most of the others. Malouf GMC in North Brunswick is NOT. I would recommend.

The salesman, Mike, was expert, made all the necessary paperwork a breeze and helped me understand all of the electronics in the Verano I purchased.  Mike you rock!  The Verano does everything but make coffee, but I am sure that next year's model will probably  cover that.  Good job Malouf--I have been dealing with your firm for 20 years and have been pleased with not only the sales but service end.  I recently took my car in for a ding it had received, Peggy and Mike of the Service Department made everything easy and I truly appreciate their going the extra mile for me, so thank you also Malouf Buick Service Department!
