We purchased our engagement ring, wedding bands, and a few other gifts from Genesis, and had the best experience throughout our shopping process. 

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, and helped guide us in selecting a diamond - offering their insight from their decades of experience suggesting which of the four Cs to value more highly, and offering plenty of options within our price range for us to select from. 

The team at Genesis also takes interest in you as a customer, and treats you like family. They keep a good record of previous purchases, ring sizes, preferences (e.g. "we actually took note that your fiancee mentioned XYZ while she was here, so I would instead suggest this piece over that one") and so on, which helps make future purchases easier and more likely to wow the recipient of the gifts. 

The experience has been so positive every time, that Genesis has earned our business for life.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Genesis Diamonds.   We worked mostly with Stephanie but also interacted with the VP and other individuals in the store.   Stephanie was patient with us while we made the decision which best suited our needs and budget.    She was thorough in her explanation of the warranty.  Their warranty and value was the reason we chose Genesis!   We had the opportunity to review the diamonds before placing the order.   When we picked up our order, each person showed genuine excitement with us.   They provided us with opportunities to review the diamonds again before we left the store.  I would highly recommend anyone to visit their store.

Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She asked geat questions about what we were looking for, and really listened to the answers, coming up with a variety of rings that were truly amazing.  My wife really loves the ring we purchased.  The customer service was remarkable, and the ring was sized and ready earlier than expected.  We had a first rate experience.

For starters, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I searched several of Genesis' competitors, but I couldn't find the quality or the the price anywhere else. Genesis is in a league of their own - don't waste your time anywhere else. 

Customer support was excellent; Stephanie was a joy to work with and really knew what she was talking about and made it easy to understand. Looking for a no-nonsense place that is going to take your budget and ensure that you get the best? Look no further, you've found it. 

10/10 I would recommend to anyone shopping for an engagement ring.

We love Genesis Diamonds in Cool Springs!  Nothing less than impressive.  We always find exactly what we're looking for and for the best price without jeopardizing the quality we want --including our engagement ring and both sets of wedding bands.   The only thing that surpasses their gorgeous and varied inventory is their personalized customer service.  We came for the selection  but we stay because of the knowledgeable and sincerely gracious customer service.   Ask for Ina , Avi or Stephanie -you won't be disappointed.
