I have had 1 mobile phone, and 2 laptops repaired there. I’ve also bought 2 used iPads. The guys at the store are super friendly and helpful. They are honest and reliable. It’s my go-to place for my electronic repairs. I highly recommend genius phone repair!!

I bought a battery to replace it myself in a Samsung S6.  Not sure if they sell different parts to customers vs what they install themselves, but the battery I purchased from them didn't last more than 8 months before it started to swell.  It also wasn't a genuine Samsung battery that was sold to me.  It had a sticker on it that said "Premium Replacement" which makes it look like a cheap knockoff.

If they at least offer a warranty of a year or more on their repair work then that's good, but beware buying parts to DIY.  I would not trust them to help DIYers at all simply because we're not the money making customers for them.  Shameful...

My iPhone was completely dead, I mean paperweight, would do nothing. I did all the troubleshooting steps with Apple, took it to their "genius" people (2hrs of my life gone). Apple said that they were sorry but could do nothing to help. Best they could offer was $100 off the purchase of a new phone if I turned in the old iPhone. Instead I took it to Genius Phone Repair and got OUTSTANDING and FAST customer service (try getting that from Apple). 

Bottom Line: When everyone else said it was just dead and I had to buy a new phone, Genius Phone Repair fixed it. They fixed it for $85.00 vs $800 for new phone.
