Staff at Washtenaw Sprint are life! I thought my world was over when my iPhone wouldn't turn but on 😭😭 but Chris took my phone worked his magic and I was back in business! He showed me how to backup my phone with my insurance plan so I never have to worry again!  Go see these guys they actually care about your stuff 😍😍

This location has the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable reps I have worked with thus far! If you are going to any Sprint store in the Ypsi/Ann Arbor area, I highly recommend visiting this one :)

Best Sprint store in the city. Unlike rest people here were polite and welcoming. They would have time to understand your problem and resolve it. Also takes effort to make sure you understand what you are buying. Been there twice till now.

I am on a Sprint family plan. Whenever I had to make changes to my line, the process was difficult because I was not an authorized user. Thus, I had my aunt, the account holder, make me an authorized user.

My HTC M8 went kaput about 2 days ago after about 2.5 years of use. I was hoping to upgrade to an iPhone 7. When I called the Washtenaw Ave Sprint Store (#181) to gather the needed information so that I could purchase the phone at Target, I was told I was not an authorized user. (Apparently, Sprint resets the authorized users every year.) I asked the associate if there was anything he could do for me. He said no.

I called the Sprint corporate number. After speaking with this associate, he asked me a few questions and was able to get me the information I needed. If the associate from store #181 was truly unable to help me, I would have at least appreciated a list of options instead of dismissive replies. 

I am moving to Connecticut soon. I have a full-time job as a music director, and I am looking to set up a phone interview for a part-time music directorship. Like many people today, I work hard and do not have time for inconvenient mobile service and or poor customer service. 

I was already contemplating moving to Verizon. The mobile service on the train ride to CT was non-existent, however, I saw a Verizon dish about every 50 miles along the track. The poor service I received today was the pivotal moment. 

No more Sprint 
No more family plans

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER SPRINT STORE. even if another store is a bit further, this store will waste the rest of your day with simple services like upgrading a phone. terrible customer service & workers don't know how to operate apple products.
