We just bought a 2016 Nissan Altima from here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mike Walton was our salesman and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly with us. He did everything possible to get us the car we really wanting while keeping us in our price budget and we recommend working with him for sure. The entire experience from test driving to signing off was a very easy and great experience and everyone in each office was friendly. 10/10 recommend.

I loved my experience at Giles. They were able to help me find my perfect Subaru that suited my lifestyle. Matt Romero was my salesman but he felt like a friend trying to help me get a car rather than being a pushy “salesman type.” Mr.Rudy was so sweet and accommodating. I loved test driving the car with Roslyn. She knew everything there was to know about the car and even offered me to come back if I needed a refresher of all the gadgets and gismos. Everyone was so knowledgeable and down to earth. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a car!

Car purchases are very stressful, but I can say with complete honesty, that today I received superior customer service! Jamaal went above, beyond, and stayed very late helping my husband and I to get our brand new Rogue!!! He was extremely detailed in every aspect of explaining the features without even looking at anything- he KNEW that car from under the hod to the technology, to even the body design and the reasoning behind it! I have NEVER had such a pleasant and professional as well as personable experience purchasing a vehicle!!! The commercials are just a skimming of the actual integrity of each team member- and they are all team members vs. each out for themselves like most dealers. Jamaal is fantastic! Giles is fantastic! My husband and I are beyond words to express our gratitude to Jamaal Pierre and Giles Nissan!!!

My wife and I had a great experience buying our new car.  Our sales representative Lucius and all of the staff at Giles helped us to find the vehicle that we wanted at a price that we could afford.  I would recommend Giles to all of my family and friends.

Came to repair a car not buy one but on my way back to the service center I saw a Rav 4 I found would be perfect for me.  It was not on the lot yet as it was in transition. Austin over at Subaru went through hoops to get it in selling state and had the price lowered twice to fit my needs.  Felt more like a buddy deal than sales pitch.  And Nissan through much research was able to fix my car free of charge due to an extended warranty beyond the factory warranty.  Thank you for the hard work Austin.
