I cannot say enough about this shop! They have been so helpful, kind, and honest with me throughout the entire process! I dropped my car off at noon and it was done before 5pm! If you need anything done to your vehicle, this is the place to go!

So accommodating. I went last minute an hour before they closed for an oil change and they were nice enough to squeeze me in. Everyone was so polite. The oil change was super quick too.

The service at Honda is always amazing!!! John and Rachel are the absolute best. John helped me today with my oil service. I never see him upset or frustrated. John takes care of business and he gives 100% customer service each and every time. Although John helped me today, Rachel also makes sure that my service experience is 100%. Her usual, "Hey girl! How are you doing? or What's up?" makes a big difference. I appreciate both of them. John & Rachel R☺CKS!!!!!

Service advisor was wonderful, but scheduling was not. I spoke with same man three times, yet when we arrived they had no record of us coming and no part there that he said would be available.  The shuttle was also not there as promised. Had to wait two hours for shuttle.  Car wasn’t ready for several days because they had to order the part (the tire which was supposed to be there).  As stated, service advisor and the actual work done was absolutely great! We will go back and give another chance. Had good experience in past.

I was greeted immediately. Went in for an oil change and within less than an hour was through the door, back in my car. Service representative was courteous, friendly and helpful. Customer service at its finest.
