Take the good [reviews] with the bad. The car buying experience, for most, is less an experience and more a hindrance and stress. It doesn't have to be. If you want to graduate to the best driving experience, buy at BMW. Find Chad Trotti or Michelle Newland and you're in good shape. Finance is great; Brad and his team do not pressure or assume. Kevin, in service, needs a pay bump... I could go on for days as to [why], but suffice it to say, he is certainly a go-to member of excellence at Moss BMW.

I'm sorry to see that my sales associate had a bad day, When I needed to buy my car. The sales associate she probably had a bad day, this is sad to see but she's not to blame. It's always management not able to offer proper training. I was looking to buy my Chevrolet volt the car was at a good price. So I contacted The dealership By email. with in 24 hour I received a response once I responded back to her about buying the car I never received a response back, so decided to call and a very friendly sales associate answered. He was not able to Sell me the car because the person that originally email me was only allowed to work on my car Purchase. I work as a car broker and also an importer I was buying the Volt for My personal use and two of my friends where also looking at buying 2 more Vehicles from Moss Motors getting them all shipped at once. I move about 10 cars each month for people and Work with many car dealers. This was the first time I've see a car dealer have no experience on what needs to get done. But this is all due to lack of training from management. Still buying the Volt but the two SUV,s will be Purchased through a different Dealer that offers fast service and Knowledgeable Sales associates. At this point the Extended warranty that I purchased I will cancel and buy it Through a different company. I have posted a screenshot of the text message that made us buy the SUV's Elsewhere. Now the sale went to green leaf Auto Sales. I have also posted there way of doing Business. My advice Make sure to be careful and look things over. They're Lack of an experience could cause troubles down-the-line for the buyer.

This dealership service dept is not worthy of 1 star. This is my first online review ever. If any potential customers are reading this, please rethink letting Moss Motors service your vehicle. Save yourself from a terrible experience and drive an hour to have your vehicle serviced by another dealer. I have driven Mercedes Benz for over 15 years and had service performed by several Mercedes dealers. I was appalled by the level of poor customer service and unapologetic behavior i encountered. My service adviser was not experienced and it showed. The service manager himself told me the service adviser was actually a nurse and was trying something different. He has only been on the job for two months. It appeared the adviser was not properly trained and it showed. He did everything i told him not to do. Management is no better. They will not hear the customer and will side with the adviser. I would not send a bicycle to be repaired at this place.
